Our HEPA filters are not made until we receive your order: please allow for a manufacturing lead time of up to three weeks plus time for transit by freight carrier to your location.
These HEPA filters are designed to meet exact specifications in high efficiency commercial or industrial applications. These filters are used where a high degree of cleanliness is required and contaminants must be removed to protect health, products and building interiors. These filters are ideal in a variety of applications including: hospitals, manufacturing plants, microelectronic component assembly, negative air machines, biological hoods and food processing environments.
Gently pleated glass microfiber media is separated with rolled edged aluminum separators to offer open air flow and to stabilize the media pack.
Frames are available in either 3/4 inch high density particleboard and 18 or 26 gauge galvanized metal. An external neoprene gasket is standard. A rubber based two-part fire-retarding sealer bonds the media and separators to the interior of the frame. Headers are available on metal frame filters. Optional expanded metal face guards are also available. High capacity and turbine style filters are available. These filters are rated to withstand temperatures at a continuous 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Higher temperature models are available. Each filter is packed a heavy-duty carton to help protect the filter from damage during transit. Rated Class 2 under U.L. Standard 900.

There is no extra charge to add headers or flanges on metal frame HEPA filters.

Special Order filters are not returnable.
Oversized cases will be shipped at a "dimensional weight" of 30 or more pounds.
