Media retainer frames have been used for years in commercial and industrial settings as part of an effective filtration system. Combined with a variety of media options (such as with our DB Series media) retainer frames offer flexibility, durability, and economy. Since these frames are made of galvanealed metal, they should provide years of service. Various sizes can be combined or custom frames can be made to fit any filter housing. Your filter change people will appreciate the ease of transporting replacement media pads vs. carrying cases of filters to and from filter rooms or roof top units.
Standard material for these frames is 24 gauge galvanealed metal. Optional special order material for these frames is 24 gauge aluminzed metal.
Standard backing is .020 aluminized expanded metal. Optional special order backing is 16 gauge 1-inch by 1-inch welded wire.
Standard gate material is 10 gauge galvanized steel. All frames that are listed and priced below include a steel gate (gate design may vary from that shown above).
